An experienced commercial leader, I have extensive sales and marketing experience and support all levels of manager and their teams through all aspects of sales team development.

I have worked in medical devices for over 30 years, in both blue chip and private equity backed companies. I have enjoyed developing my career from sales representative, regional sales manager, national sales manager, business unit direct to General Manager roles.

This experience has been complemented with continued professional development including international study, completing a Business Management course at Harvard and Executive Coaching at University of Cape Town.
